Zibi Consulting Group was founded by Phil Berman, Barbara Bisceglia and Melissa Garcia.

The three first met as the Music, Curriculum, and Operations Directors for Rock and Roll Daycare in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After five years of successful collaboration, the trio started their own company to share their knowledge and expertise across a wide range of early childhood care centers.
